Complete Questionnaire.
When you go to check out a site visit questionnaire will pop up, please do your best to complete all questions. After the site questionnaire has been submitted, Garden Girl will reach out to you to schedule.
Step 02.
Schedule.
After you submit your site questionnaire and complete your site visit purchase, Garden Girl will reach out to you within 2 business days to schedule your site visit. Payment for site visit due upon completion of site visit.
What to expect during your site visit.
You may be a busy professional, parent, and not in the landscaping or horticulture business. You may have downsized from a large home now that your children have left. Perhaps you’ve just purchased your first home. Or you’ve had a change in life circumstances and want to create a fresh palette that matches your taste and personality as it is today not 20 years ago.
Before you get started landscaping have Garden Girl perform a site visit. As a garden designer Garden Girl will address the integrity of the existing property and make sure that you have a clear path to your garden vision.
Brass Tacks: It is not necessary to clean your house or windows in preparation for the site visit. Garden Girl is only interested in the view you see out of your windows. There is no need to apologize for your space as this is a judgment-free zone and everyone has dishes in their sink.
Once Garden Girl has familiarized herself with your views, we will head out into the garden and do a thorough walk-through of the areas you are most concerned about, up to two acres. Please note that we will cover larger properties at a faster pace than small gardens.
Time: Please dedicate 1.5 hours to the visit. It may be challenging to concentrate if trying to tend to babies at the same time. In-laws are welcome to watch from the interior of the house. After the site visit a design proposal will be emailed to you including fees and timeline.
Garden Girl can reasonably cover up to two acres in a site visit if it's not full of bramble. If you have a large site over two acres, please email info@gardengirl.com.

Snohomish County Site Visit $250.
King County Site Visit $300.
Please note payment for site visit will be due upon site visit. Garden Girl will contact you within two business days to schedule your site visit.
We all love our pets; however, they can be distracting and take away from the site visit efficiency. Garden Girl's policy is that all animals be secured in a location away from where we will be working.
